Lelouch is a normal human, 10-B obviously.
Suzaku is Geass'd to live, which makes him able to outfight and outstrength any normal human if his life is in danger. NLF? Yeah, but it makes him at least 9-C.
FLEIJA erased a chunk of a futuristic Tokyo, and at full power created a clean 50 kilometer crater.
IDK about the mechs tho, they could be destroyed an explosion from Fuji

In a flashback, the Knightmares were seen destroying tanks with casual ease. Would that be "at least 9-A" given that present-day mechs are superior to the knightmares of the invasion?

Suzaku can also overpower soldiers without the Geass so Street level is fine
