Speed is equal and both are wall level. The Impostor can't use their optional equipment and fight is in central park on a hot summer day

Imposter has an ap advantage, range advantage, lifting strength advantage, especially with their gun and laser, this is a decisive win for them if not a stomp

Hmmm then should they not have optional equipment then
Edit: they not can't use opinional equipment

Still has the other things like AP advantage and range with a gun and tongue. Even up close, nothing is stopping the Imposter from snapping their neck or piercing their head with their tongue. Chicken ape has acid to rectify the 5x AP gap, but otherwise Impostor wins easy. Voting for them.

I think you are ignoring how fast they can duplicate and grow with their eggs

Imposter still has a gun to kill him at range. He should be able to kill the creature before it produces more eggs than it can handle or becomes too difficult to handle, leaving the inner egg of the SCP-3199 as the only real problem.

The SCP profile puts the gestation period of egg gestation at 9 minutes (with a rise of temperature of 7 degrees per minute). That is short for an average egg, but it's not fast enough to feasibly overwhelm him, especially when SCP-3199 instances usually cannot fight when they're laying an egg. So being overwhelmed is not really a reality, because they reproduce relatively fast but not to duplication levels of fast. He still has basically every advantage in the book.

I mean didn't one lay a egg while it had a hole in it and kept fighting even with said hole in it?

The ability is that the beast does indeed lay an egg upon death, but I can't find any instance of what you mentioned (which should be reflected in its profile given that's Immortality type 2). Really, the Impostor kills the original instance and deals with the leftovers easy given they don't pose that much of a threat at birth, and take a few minutes to hatch. The chance of being overwhelmed would require the Imposter to be incredibly lax, even by SBA standards.
