We already have an alternate formula for ground based explosions as opposed to the nuclear yield. Does such a similar formula exist for aerial explosions?

Do you divide by 2 for non nukes with this formula? In addition, how far above the ground would the explosion have to be to use an airburst formula? A google search tells me it happens when the explosive detonates 100 m to 1000 m in the air.
