HISHE Batman resists Thanos' snap by saying "Because I'm Batman", which makes me think that it being Death Manipulation is inaccurate as it's clearly Biological Manipulation.

Anyway, if other character were to do the same what would that give him? Resistance to Biological Manipulation? High-Mid regen? Or anything else?
