Seeing how it goes from universe - multiverse - metaverse - xenoverse, we can safely say a xenoverse level being would be 1-C. Because going from one verse to a higher one requires 1 higher level of dimensions, which'd make the xenoverse a 6-D thing.

Metaverse is not even a real term TBH, it's like saying the internet, an information universe or something like that lol Well Hyperverse isn't really a thing either outside of vs battle, but at least it has a clearly defined definition of being higher dimensional universes.

btw where did you get this definition? If we're going by string theory changing laws of the universe should be 7-D, but we aren't because otherwise someone like Madoka would be tier 1-C.
