Well before universal feats are mostly claims and statements, but no to little actual feats until cosmic shots like Arjuna Alter and Kama which clearly show that. Until they came, it's mostly just statements and tbh so far only handful of characters that can actually do it. Kama by the way was not just any divine spirit, as Mara she is like a True Daemon level.

For Foreigners, yeah. We can either research a bit on Salem JP or wait until NA release. Though i already have some ideas about Abigail powers like creating portal to literally anywhere, summoning eldritch beings, time reversal due to Yog powers. For Hokusai there is already her translated mats and short explanation on her trial quest, which can be used to make a profile about her.

I think only Abby will have madness manip on all nasuverse characters.

Anyways, I'd really like to talk about concepts in nasuverse, and authority.

I made a thread about the concept thing. It just didn't get that much traction. Although, I guess you could see it as more of a primer for the nature of concepts discussion for the nasuverse.
