What tier would Saitama be if we used Saitama from fan made The Fight of Gods as source for his feats?

From what I remember, Saitama was able to perform a 4-A to 3-B feat, and he's most definitely MFTL+. He also has self sustenance type 1 here which is neat

Second to last chapter of the fan comic I believe. God created a 4-D space-time array that had reverse time which reverted Saitama back to his training state (Jogging suit, hair etc) and Saitama used speed to travel beyond light speed and break space-time and negate the effects of his time being reversed which turned him back into his post-training form.
