Immersion is subpower of SR, someone with SR may have Immersion, but not the other way around.
The other option is Transduality (reality/fiction), but that may means that the character can freely move between any type of media, not limited to its videogame.

Actually we have a live action movie here called Ra One. The main villain there was called Ra One who was created by the power of 10 strongest villain in history. Now when a kid beaten it in his in game playthrough it somehow came to real world in order to take revenge of its defeat, so they later summoned the main hero of the game to beat it blah blah blah. So I was thinking what tier that guy will be.

It's just a data becoming real in his verse. His "video game form" would be Below Average Human because of being pure data. Dunno how powerful he's in the movie when he enter "real world".

....I didn't even notice this was a movie I watched. Lol
Anyway, him becoming real was done by transferring himself to a model of his iirc, so its not subjective reality/reverse immersion to begin with. And even if it was it still wouldn't be tierable
That said both character have feats in the real world so rating them shouldn't really be too difficult. Good luck, i'll be excited to see this verse here
