What tier if any would these statements grant?

Presuming that the statements are literally true, credible and not hyperbolic and that there are some relevant feats that strongly imply these statements to be true.

Suppose it were stated that all things in existence are "little more than aspects" of a single primordial entity. And all of existence is defined very clearly to include the following. Time and space, energy and matter, magnetism and electricity, concepts and mathematics and all possible laws of physics.

What tier would said primordial entity qualify for?

I would think all concepts and mathematics would encompass more than 4D.

I mean, that depends on WHAT concepts and mathematical ideas exist in the verse, because a lot of mathematical stuff is theorical and concepts vary between something as big as size, power and time, to something as simple as ants, burping, cold shoulder, etc

That would rather be nlf to assume it encompass all mathematics in fiction.

(Maybe L1-A at best with real coordinate space but other than that you need to point out that the meta math exist on the verse before assuming it can go higher.)

Mathemathic is mostly theory so depend on how the verse present them so it could varies from just 3D up to tier 0
Time and space, this could give tier 2, Low 2-C to 2-A. The primoridial entity could get Low 1-C (5D)
All possible law of physic. This could varies from Low 2-C to High 1-C (11D) due to String theory and M-Theory work with 11 dimensionals super space (but i remember some said about nuking the use of String theory in tiering so....). The primordial entity could get 1-B (12D). However it is still depend on how String theory present itself in the verse since there are two versions, the first is the universe we know is just a 3D slice of a 11D super universe which grant High 1-C, the second is 7 other dimensions is very small, compactified and curved on each others, it don't grant anything significant in term of tiering
