Look, VS battle has most of Umineko cast at 1-B to 1-A, but me and others discord scalers have them at tier 0, so, yeah
Rimuru Tempest Web Novel currently is 2-B with 10k universes range, but I have him at 2-B with countless universes range

I’m pretty sure it also applied to canon DB, since all 12 universes are apparently contained within a higher timeline/hypertimeline

you meant realms? there are much, but the best you can get is something like 10 Space-Time Continuums for each Universe, and a single multiverse wouldn't be 2-B then
