What qualifies for type 4 acausality?

I was asked to help out here, but do not know more than what is said in our Acausality page:

Type 4: Irregular Causality: Characters with this type of Acausality operate on a different and irregular system of cause and effect than regular causality. This grants them resistance to abilities such as Causality Manipulation, Fate Manipulation, and Precognition, among others.

Maybe @Sera_EX, @Antoniofer, or @Executor_N0 know more?

Being described as existing outside of/being an irregularity in Fate or Causality is normally likely to give it. There are some words and phrase that do frequently grant it as well, but that's only depending on the context of said phrase and needs to be looked at case by case; such as existing outside the flow of time. As such terms tend to frequently be used in situations that wouldn't count as Acausality.

Basically what the others said, existing outside of regular fate and causality or existing in a different form of it. Different rates of flows of time shouldn't count else even Cell Saga Dragon Ball characters would have it via the Hyperbolic Time Chamber.

She only said "Maybe". Which probably means she isn't sure yet and/or isn't entirely sure if it will go through. But she usually doesn't like to be bothered about revisions iirc.

Edit: She explained better in other threads; mainly because of complaints about obscure verses with no English versions having giant tiers and/or hax.
