How to interact with Acausality Type 5 owners?

There should be but VSBW is annoyingly strict with Acausality 5 smh. Maybe logic manip can work or something

Have feats of being able to interact with them. Beyond you needing to prove their existence of being a type 5 Acausal being, it’s not that different from needing to interact with a type 1 abstract or a type 2 nonexistent being

If unintractable feats originate from (Nonexistence Physiology) or (Ontological Superiority), can't they be classified as Acausality Type 5?

One more thing, if the owner of Acausality Type 5 has an avatar, will it be an anti-feat?

No because Nonexistent Physiology has nothing to do with you transcending cause and effect to the point of rendering you uninteractable.
If the avatars are argued to be type 5 and there's no explanation for the characters being able to interact with them easily then it's an anti feat, if the avatars aren't type 5 and only the true form is type 5 then it's not an anti feat.

Depends. Tier 0 (And the peak of High 1-A+) characters are immutable full stop. Their Type 5 doesn't have any qualifications to it. Meanwhile, lower-tiered characters could in principle be affected either by higher beings or by beings with the appropriate abilities, yeah, though you'd need some discernment to tell when it's an actual ability and when it's really an anti-feat for Type 5.

If Yog-Sothoth is just an infinite-dimensional whole, can’t you realistically just blow it up with Low 1-A AP.

Yeah, under the High 1-B end, that would indeed be the case.
Theoretically, if the verse frames it that way, but there's no default, really. In fact, if the Platonic Ideas are legitimate (Impossible or nearly Impossible to come across in fiction), they'd have Type 5 Acausality themselves and so would be impossible to manipulate.
