If I could only be seen by the kids but can't be seen by Adults or those who actually like adults.

Is that just a different type of Invisibility or something else.

This is from that cowboy/pirate gohst from Danny phantom Young Blood if I remember it right.Were adults and adult likes hear him?It might be very limited perception manipulation,but there a character who could hide her entire ecxistance(she couldn't be seen,heard,felt ect)and it was counted as invisibility and was just given an explanation in her profile so this could be a similar case.

Adults, and those that act like ghost can't see him or apparently hear him.

I thought it might have been Perception Manipulation or Invisibility.
