Going off by the scan alone, it seems like Astral Projection, yeah.

Not sure about Astral Projection since it's about separating your soul from your body, and the scan says "reaching out to you with my mind." Seems more like mind manipulation or illusion creation.

Yea that's the part where it confuses me. It looks like Astral Projection, but that words of her kinda refute it.
Maybe I need staff's input on this one.
