What is Captain Marvel's level of 4-B???

I'm really curious because we don't scale her to anyone on her profile and the only justification are images. To be clear, I'm not doubting that she's 4-B, just I don't know where to place her. It makes debates a little hard to gauge.

EX: Thor, Hyperion and Silver Suffer are around 386 KiloFoe. Sentry, Blue Marvel, World Breaker Hulk are just under 1 MegaFoe.

That's too low for a blackhole, most of them are around the mass of the sun which would yield ~20e47 joules in mass-energy iirc.
