what if the location is vague?

this is one of my old threads but i put the battle in a city.

does it really matter if the location is vague?

because they could be in any part of the city or somewhere else.

so what happens if i just say city instead of specific part of city?

If you just say city I'd assume theyre on a mostly neutral battleground within a city like a rooftop or a city street
Although specifying more always helps
Saying stuff like "A narrow alley way" or "In a park"
