Sorry, I discussed it with the original creator of the profiles here.
Basically, that calc was based off a scene in the anime which didn't happen in the LN. In the anime, Araragi jumped onto the sports field breaking concrete, the dust of which revealed episode. In the LN he simply jumped into a sand pit, and scattering that is nowhere near as impressive AP-wise.
