Does it apply to travel, reaction, combat, multiple of these, or what? I see movement speed ratings in the overwatch profiles too

What does movement speed constitute for?

Nah it's like how a character just moves at around normally, not sprinting or anything to get from point A to B

The calcs on the Overwatch Page said their 'movement speed' refers to their Running Speed, so he was right, it would be Travel.
