Questions about speeds

1 What is general movement speed? saw it from a couple threads but I couldnt really get an answer

2 If someone walked a short distance does it count as combat speed or travel speed? (I heard that travel speed is only for long distances so does this feat still fall under travel because it involves walking or?)

3 Is time travel itself immeasurably fast? because it is the act of moving beyond linear time?

1. Normally general movement speed would be the kind of speed a character would be able to move at for long distances for a considerable period of time, but it depends, since beyond Supersonic a character could move short distances overall but in their eyes we would be the ones moving at a snail's pace while they run around us for what could be hours or days to them.

2. As I said above, it depends. Realistically the only thing separating them is stamina and endurance, most characters in fiction with absurd speed can't keep that speed up mostly due to stamina issues, and not inherently because of their biomechanics. The opposite can also be true, where a character's travel speed doesn't scale to their combat speed (Like with interstellar flight but that's a hell of a lot more iffy than I can explain on my own).

3. No. Not unless you can travel through time with nothing but sheer speed. Part of the problem with Immeasurable speed is you need to be able to show that the character actually treats time like a plane to merely waltz across without any other hax in play.
