I was reading one of my new series and the guy states he can react within every tenth of a second. Then hundredth of a second. Then its thousandth of a second. And lastly it is ten thousandth of a second. Btw even if he states he ccan react within those time. He moves within that time too. So not just reaction speed but movement and combat speed (he can move his punches fast as that time too)

So the question is which speed is this character?

Hundredth of a second = 1/100 =0.01 second - Subsonic reaction speed

Thousandth of a second = 1/1000 =0.001 second - Supersonic+ reaction speed
