What Constitutes Higher Dimensional Existence?

would it be possible for a being to have a higher dimensional conscientiousness which allowed them to comprehend otherwise incomprehensible planes (to a 3D being) to get some form of HDE?

Wrong person to ask this lol, but I’m pretty sure that would just be an intelligence upgrade, not the being itself being higher dimensional.

How would IQ translate to comprehending higher dimensional structures?
It might be important to add, once this being dies, his soul can occupy the higher dimensional structure.

In our system, to be truly higher dimensional you must transcend lower dimensions by a infinite degree, as in, they are minuscule and meaningless to you.
You might achieve this if you see universes as flat or as fiction, like a dream or something, but it takes a lot of context.
In fiction higher dimensional beings vary from just having time and/or space powers, immensurable speed, just being outside the universe or having good acausality, so is hard to see one that truly sees planes as nothing and so warrants tier 1.
To the mind question, yes, but it would be noted that it is only for their minds, as seen with BB.

well this specific example we're using 3D to 4D, nothing 1-A related.

My reply had nothing to do with 1-A though, 1-A sees dimensions as a whole as meaningless, not just lower ones.
3D to 4D has the same type of transcendence as 4D to 5D
3D to 4D has the same type of transcendence as 4D to 5D
