Higher-Dimensional Existence question

I still have some questions about what benefits existence in a higher dimension provides in combat. For example, if a 4-dimensional being fights a 3-dimensional being, will the 3-dimensional being be immediately overwhelmed by the difference in dimensions? Or is the 4-dimensional being simply infinitely stronger than the 3-dimensional being?

The 3-D being will unable to truly affect 4-D being due to 4-D being have their existence spread across another direction, dimension if 3-D character do not have range, they will unable to affect the entirety of 4-D being

Not necessarily stronger, you can have HDE that not related to AP, due to compactified, insignificant dimensions. Since HDE is simply about your existence possesses more than 3 basic dimensions, as long as your existence have more than 3 dimensions, you get HDE no matter what. So you could have a case where character A is 4D but not even planetary level

Only in case where the dimensions is significant enough to be tiered then statistics will get affected
