What Calc should I use for the Moon Feat? (Naruto)

I was wondering, I am trying do to a calc for when Toneri was cutting the hollow moon in half. I felt like you can use the Gravitational Binding Potential energy calc from how far the two halves separate.

Thoughts?

A calc already exists but is not accepted because of inconsistent size (I think thats hypocrisy) but either ways it doesnt matter the calc wont change anything since Naruto scales higher.
