Since Umineko is still in need of revisions, and we don't know if they will be tier 0 after them, Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou is the 5th, Shinza is 4th, DC/TES are 2nd/3rd and CM is 1st in the top 5.

Weren't people with a similar line of thinking saying that the Outer Gods would be baseline 1-A after the TS revisions? Now they might hang with The Creator after the verse gets revised. Though I will admit that a downgrade of that magnitude would be hilarious.

Demonbane was mistranslation and misinterpretation of said mistranslation. Umineko is quite explicit about its layered cosmology and its exact nature, I only see Featherine being downgraded to High 1-A with Creator remaining at Tier 0.

Pretty sure demonbane case was because of problematic translation where umineko have pretty good ones

Look at the Revision Thread for it, there isn't a single 1-A Feat, or anything that could even be mistaken for one. Indefinitely increasing is only 3-A unless they have 1-A Feats.

It's because back in the day people had less of an understanding of 1-A and above. "Omnipotent", "Nigh-Omnipotent", "Infinite", "Unbeatable" were thrown around a lot more than they are now.

3 Degrees of transcendence is still an inaccesible cardinal-th of High 1-A, no many how many infinities you stack on top of one another you will never reach High 1-A, as it is superior on a conceptual level. High 1-A is transcended by 0 to at minimum the same degree that High 1-A transcends 1-A.
