also,if character couldn't be executed,because all execution methods didn't work,would that be an dura feat or just resistance to stuff that is used in executions?

Depends on what those methods are, though you should preferably try to find actual on screen durability feats.

well,the guy can ram on a bullet proof locker hard enough to shake it,though,that is probably 10-A or 9-C since it has a guy in the locker.

yeah,theres no specificaly stated method,the only thing is that they say that pandemonium was too stronk to be executed.

actually,no i did a goof,the verse is at least 9-C because every single guy in there can,and WILL one shot you.
