What are the requirements for making a verse page?

Profiles for people to list in the verse page, I guess.

That and the summary of the verse, power levels and notable haxx and a place to add supporters, neutrals and opponents.

Thanks man!! also is it necessary to put the characters in orders of God tier, Top tier, High tier huh? The verse page I am trying to create has a complicated powerscaling so it might not be possible.

Not necessarily. Some make it Main characters / Supporting char / Opposing char / Char who have to be there for some reason / etc.
