This was I guess answered several times but how to making and adding profiles?

Check pages such as these ones 1, 2, 3 and take a look at the editing guidelines, which have a related button on the "menu bar" of the wiki.
You can also look at how other profiles are made, and you should preferrably make and edit profiles on your sandbox before publishing them.
You can also ask others to check your sandbox once you think the work is done, so they can give you advices and hints if there's something to change, fix and so on.
