Weiss Schnee vs Quagsire

From the looks of it, the salamander has a power advantage, being 8-A+ vs her 8-A, though I don't know much of a difference it is. Quagsire resists her fire and her lightning dust, and though the gravity glyph might cause some problems, all Quagsire needs to do is survive long enough for Yawn to take effect and he should be home free. If that doesn't work, then he can use the vast majority of his moves to make it hard for her to aim at him. Don't know how Amnesia would work in battle, it might make him tougher? I dunno. Oh, and Earthquake outranges her.

Don't know if I underplayed Weiss, but I feel Quagsire should take this.

Quagsire via Yawn, Weiss falls asleep and gets smacked a lot, she wakes up, Yawn, Weiss falls asleep and gets slapped, etc.

I don't see any way Quagsire wins honestly.

Quagsire's 2 primary attack types, ground and water are virtually useless against Weiss. She has access to gravity glyphs thus she can avoid his ground attacks at will (including Earthquake), her speciality is ice so she could easily freeze and redirect any water attack used at her (and since Quagsire is part ground he's not resistant to the ice attack hitting him in turn). Though speed is equalized, Weiss has access to time dilation meaning she can vastly outspeed and manuver him at will so landing anything including yawn will be all but impossible with her mobility advantage. Not to mention trying to hit her while shes blowing him into the air, spinning him around, encasing him in ice etc...

Thats not even touching the fact that she could simply summon her knight and watch it slice Quagsire in half in one blow

And how is she asleep? She's faster then him so before he can cast it hes already disabled. It takes time to effect her during which he's either dead or she's already summoned her guardian knight, either way its over for Quagsire.

You assume his yawn casts instantly, hits instantly, is unavoidable, and takes effect instantly none of which are true.

Been meaning ot add this but Weiss has ability where when she parries an attack she can freeze the opponent in the process if that changes anything...

Should this really count? Quagsire not only has higher stats and sleep hax but resists Weiss' only methods of attack.

Quagsire would not just chain yawn, it's instinctual this isn't a Pokemon battle where Quagsire minmaxes everything. It would probably use it at most twice during the fight.

Which attacks are you refering to? The only attack Weiss uses that Quagsire resists is her fire attack which she rarely ever uses anyway. Quagsire does NOT resist ice, nor does it resist physical, nor could it resist gravity

"The salamander." Is that what Quag is suppose to be @Derp??

Anyway speed is equalized so Weiss isn't speed blitzing. I'd say the "Earth Quack" takes this -- It bulks up its defenses tanking Weiss's attacks, puts her to sleep, sets up the rain and then proceeds to Muddy Water her to death (plus STAB.)
