Weiss Schnee vs. Mine

Going with Mine on this one. Better reaction speed despite the equal moving speed. Weiss' glyphs and dust cartridges take a short time to prepare but Mine's pumpkin shots are nigh-instant.
Combined with the fact that pumpkin gets stronger the nearer Weiss is to Mine, she gets gunned down. Short distances goes to pumpkin mega blasts, long distances go to pumpkin sniper shots.
The only thing Weiss has for her is variety, which I don't see how it helps if her opponent is a marksman who has better reflexes and a stronger weapon.
Lastly, mentality. Mine is an assassin and will go for the kill at the start.

Wait, how does mine have better reactions? Weiss is massively hypersonic while mine is high hypersonic. And because of Mine's large building level durability Weiss can just blitz her and kill her almost instantly. Weiss takes this.
