Joker (2019)'s profile bothers me. Like, a lot. Considering that Joker (2019) is unanimously considered the best 2019 (Joker) movie by people who only watch superhero movies, and the best superhero movie by people who genuinely think gamers are oppressed, we should really make sure the protagonist of such a masterpiece has a lot more care put into it.
i should clarify i actually like the movie even if i make fun of it a lot

Attack Potency​

"So, that's it? We some kinda Joker (2019)?" - Joker, Joker (2019)

Joker has a lot of "feats", all of them are unsourced, and all of them are questionable.
  • Cracked telephone booth glass with a simple headbutt
    • Feat here. Not unimpressive, but glass is fairly easy to crack, especially since the movie is set in the 80's, and I doubt the glass was laminated.
  • "Casually broke a punch clock off its hinges with a few hits"
    • Feat here. Not only would I struggle to call the feat casual since he puts his weight into the punches and still struggles to break it off, but he didn't "break" the clock off any hinges because there are no hinges, it's just glued to the wall it seems. Definitely not a 9-C feat.
  • Choked Alfred through a metal gate
  • Overpowered Randall, a man much larger than himself
  • Seemingly bloodily killed a psychiatrist while unarmed and handcuffed
    • Feat here, not only this probably not 9-C considering it's just overpowering an elderly woman (Actress was 57 at the time of filming) albeit at a disadvantage, but it's kinda hinted that it didn't happen at all, considering the whole unreliable narrator thing Joker (2019) has got going on.

Other Stats​

"The real society were the friends we made along the way." - Joker, Joker (2019)
  • Speed: Outran 2 police officers for more than one block after already being several meters away from them - He was pretty ******' far away from them, and they didn't look too athletic to begin with. I think just average human is safer here tbh.
  • Durability:
    • Tanked getting hit by a taxi and cracking its windshield - Feat here. It's true that getting ran over like that, hard enough to crack a windshield, is basically superhuman durability-wise, but I would definitely consider it an outlier given that Arthur gets his shit pushed in by normal people on various occasions which clearly wouldn't be the case if he had superhuman 9-C durability.
    • Survived being inside a police car that was totaled by an ambulance crash, being briefly unconscious afterwards - Feat here. Obviously, people survive car crashes, even without serious injuries, all the time, and Arthur (2019) is kind of a lucky bastard anyway. Also, this feat is way inferior to the taxi one, but it knocks him out anyway.
    • Withstood a wooden signboard getting broken over his head and multiple beatings - Feat here. The signboard was really thin, the hit knocked him down, and surely getting his ass beat by kids isn't indicative of peak human durability. Also to note, he doesn't really gain much ground while chasing them, so this is an antifeat to his speed.

Intelligence​

"What do you get when you cross a gamer who is in the middle of closing out a league of legends game, and a society who brings him an unasked-for sandwich? You get what you ******* deserve!" - Joker, Joker (2019)
  • Above Average. A cold and calculating murderer despite his insanity, was able to sneak into an exclusive theater by disguising as an employee
    • "Cold and calculating"
      • Cold and calculating
        • COLD AND CALCULATING
... no. Literally none of Arthur's actions are pre-meditated or clever in any way, he's a mentally ill man who attacks and often kills people for sometimes very little reason, which ends up getting him imprisoned really quickly. He's not cold, he's not calculating, and all that he does is because of his insanity, not despite of it. Fair play on sneaking into a theater but that's really not that impressive. I think just "Average, but mentally ill and often impulsive" describes him better, maybe quoting the theater bit afterwards.

P&A​

"Hello Little Caesars? 5 orders of normal bread, please..." - Joker (2019), Joker
  • High Pain Tolerance isn't a power. It's just stamina, and Joker (2019)'s stamina is admittedly pretty impressive.
  • Stealth Mastery is a no. He put on a disguise, it's not a shocking feat, just a burst of cleverness.
  • Weapon Mastery... I dunno. Joker does pull off a fairly impressive headshot early on so maybe it's fine if worded as Weapon Proficiency or something like that.

This is the worst possible thread title I have ever seen in my short history of being a part of this... Anyway, take my agreement with everything you'd said in your post, 'sides removing high pain tolerance since that is a power in these parts, and swear you will never make such a cursed title for a thread ever again.
 
High pain tolerance is sometimes listed as resistance to pain manip, but it shouldn't be because they're still using the ability to inflict pain you're just able to ignore it.

Same vein as resisting high temperatures in a fire shouldn't be listed as "resistance to heat/fire manip" since you're not resisting them doing it, you're just resistant to high temperatures, but that's for another time
 
Is he even notable enough to list if he has no powers, no skills, and regular human stats?
 
Yeah, we do have a few like that. And it's an iteration of the Joker, so I can imagine by prominence alone he could get a page.

I was thinking, is it necessary to keep the profile locked? Back in 2019 it had a lot of clout but now I don't think anyone cares about it.
 
probably not, the only reason the profile ended up getting locked in the first place was because i kept adding "gamers" to the categories
i am not going to do that anymore so i think it's fine to have it unlocked
