Well, I and the other admins had to keep track of over 2000 edits a day. Personally speaking (combined with real life problems) it was leading me to another burnout. And if I leave the wiki, the other staff members would have to do greater amount of work, which would overtax them, and so onwards.

For practical reasons we have to do something to make the work less chaotic and more manageable.

It isn't because I want to be mean to regular users, it is because this wiki has to survive and not slip into complete chaos, which it was on the verge of doing.

I hope that this will help to lessen and simplify the workload enough to make us able to handle it better and focus on the most important work, which is to monitor edits and content revision threads.
