First time I've ever utilized the prep time of survivors. Though against an opponent like this, it's a good time to use it
 
How and which of Maxwell's abilities work through The Constant? As effectively, only him can damage the elemental in this matchup.

You need to hit the elemental through the 3 planes at the same time. Only Maxwell is stated to have abilities that work through "every universe" (and I assume is more than 3).
