I think this one goes to Kisame easily. Though Juvia could arguably be immune to Kisame’s water attacks due to her own intangibility, Kisame is an expert swordsman with plenty of other Hutus at his disposal. Juvia hasn’t shown herself to be a good hand-to-hand combatant, so she’s probably be overwhelmed by Kisame’s swordsmanship. Kisame also has the AP advantage, so it’s not looking too good for Juvia.
