Was BB weakened?

I'm almost certain this has been asked before, but since I don't feel like searching over hundreds of threads to check, I'll ask her. Was BB weakened in her fight against Gilgamesh, or even the other playable Servants? Its been a hot minute since I've checked CCC, but I've heard a fair amount of people say that BB is weakened in the fight, so no one scales to her when she absorbs the Moon Cell. Is this true?

IIRC she was fighting a two-way battle, as while she did become the Moon Cell, a part of it was still trying to resist and going berserk. However it's not like that is going to drop her to fodder level. She would still be Low 1-C, so they still scale, since they were able to damage and keep up with her. It's just that BB in her ideal state is far superior.
