It's really fun, even someone as ignorant as me when it comes to Warhammer can understand a good 80-90% of what's happening. Also it's a pretty good RPG in general.
I think the cast should be around Tier 8 since they can defeat a Chaos Marine in the prologue and a few dozens chaos demons in the rest of the game. Speed wise they can dodge bolters and las guns in point-blank. LS-wise... they can parry attacks from Chaos Marines, so they should scale too?

Seems fairly reasonable, not sure about the LS tho.

I did a rough calc for the statue drop. Because of inverse square law it only got like 9-A
