It talks about the death Guard during the heresy attempt to infest several specific agricultural world to poison the food and a group of iron hands have to stop them in a race against time

It is between Nurgle and Tzeentch, both are going to mutate you but Nurgle is more affectionate, can even help you and your colleagues value you sometimes while Tzeentch, although he mutates you, is probably not so extreme and will ignore you until you are useful to his plan.

well, Nurgle fills your body with diseases and gives you super resistance, Khorne gives you bloodlust and rage power, Slannesh is more complicated it can be many things and Tzeentch could either amplify your psychic powers (if you have them) or nothing.

Yes, apparently 5% of the forces were corrupted, Khorne rose from his throne in order to make Angron have his stats almost equal in the material plane as in the eye of terror.

Let’s go with standard bolter. The one you typically see for your run of the mill marine

though I would like to see how powerful ultra marine bolter is. (Just one for the most powerful squad space marines)

Important named Guardsmen, Inquisitors and Commissars qualify for profiles, we already have two Guardsmen characters in Solar Macharius and Sly Marbo

What exactly are you curious about? The major tier revisions are mostly done/ready but are just currently on hold until after the final Horus Heresy book.

yes. He just went to to toe with nurgle and burned his garden

He's strong enough to directly harm Nurgle and his garden along with being able to essentially hold them all back from consuming most of the galaxy depending on how you want to take those statements. Regardless though, yeah he's pretty much equal to them.
