I do. I normally won those. It was purely a competition in being petty and being able to hit ctrl + V quick enough to boot someone the moment you got back into chat, and to keep them booted.

There are different roles. For example, a content mod is selected based on the amount and quality of their edits to keep the pages clean. And thread mods are selected based on a combination of a good talent for rational levelheaded analysis and overall reliability. Etc.
