I was gonna talk about how I'm sick of having to debate and debunk OP characters all the time, buuuut
I'm glad people will wank things like hax or "thought-based" abilities to the high heavens, because it's kind of reassuring to see how my own "wank" is actually a moderate position. Plus, it lets me know how easy it'll be to get my controversial plans accepted (very easy, as it turns out).

Jokes aside I do try to put a high standard on myself, so it's good to know that if some absolutely insane wank can make it through, then my more conservative upgrades have a pretty good shot at getting accepted.

for what reason does tier 5 go Small Planet (Low 5-B), Planet (5-B), Large Planet (5-A). Why not High 5-B, the same way we do in tier 7 or tier 6?
