@Meosos

It would kill him slowly due to the sheer number of souls he has. (Well over two million) Voldemort doesn't have any way to end this instantly, at all. Alucard has multiple.

Mental powers against someone with resistance to mind manipulation?

There's also the fact that Alucard isn't even alive to begin with. Would fiendfyre even lock onto something that has no 'life' to seek out?

@Heilergott

That's not quite as true in this case. Assuming fiendfyre even seeks out anyone in this fight to begin with (see final argument above), it would have over two million targets to choose from if Al went Level 0, and would thus be unreliable as a means of attacking Alucard directly. That said, Level 0 is restricted, so there's no point in even debating that.

Also need to consider what each character's options are, as well as what the two of them do while IC. At most, Voldemort's options for actually killing Al include fiendfyre and...that's it, and he's never once begun a fight by using fiendfyre. Al, on the other hand, can punch through Voldy's defenses with literally any attack he has, and him opening up by shooting someone in the face is most definitely in-character for him. That Voldemort's other non-fiendfyre attacks will simply trigger his regen/resurrection is also important; no prior knowledge means Voldemort probably AKs him once believing that to be enough, then gets surprised once Alucard revives and starts shooting at him again.

Oi just noticed. Horcruxes are not disabled. So Bullet in the head does not mean death. In this context Alucard must actually devour Voldemort.

Horcrux resurrection isn't immediate. It requires outside help and months of preparation in order to bring Voldemort back if his physical body is destroyed. Killing him still effectively ends the fight.

Oh I know that Horcruxes dont Ressurect imideatly. But if the fight is to death and Alucard is on fire with fiendfyre? Then it would actually calculte in.

@Meosos Could you define where the characters start out? Would be important.

That's not how that works. Standard battle assumptions state that if a character dies/is put in a state where they can't harm the opponent for over a day, the fight is over.

SBA also says the two combatants start at the highest range of the character whose attacking range is the shortest of the two. (i.e. hundreds of meters away from each other in this case, as that's Voldemort's effective range with spells)
