It's not even higher. The result of the calc is like only 5x baseline in a tier where the lower cap and upper cap are almost 1400x apart.

She is just 9-B with Witchcraft.

Although, there is one more thing which is bothering me. Look at her durability rating:

"at least Small Building level+ with her prosthetic metal arms, possibly higher (Was able to deflect an explosio"

Except when you open that link and view the feat, you'll see that she just deflected the projectile before it exploded. Even though the explosion happened close to her, but it did not happen on her prosthetic metal arms, neither did she "deflect the explosion".

Somehow her lifting strength is at least Class 5, which means 1000 to 5000 kg (Capable of lifting small trucks, etc.) by the way, for lifting a mere 137 kg battle axe.
