This should be obvious that Chaos Vincent is much stronger than Cloud right?? Judging from the Dirge of Cerberus' Chaos, and Advent Children Cloud and Sephiroth (both of them are surpassing their original self in Final Fantasy VII main story), their power are on the much different level ... speed, durability and attack potency .... I think Cloud's attack potency is no larger than Large Building or Mountain level, whereas Chaos Vincent is at least Planetary level (without an aid from Summon)

Vincent should be on the top tier (if not God Tier along with Omega Weapon) too
