Actually, that means that the Annoying Dog should have immunity to Power Nullification, since it can't stop him from absorbing the Legendary Artifact.

...It's literally God, though. Mostly a gag character, but the creator of the entire setting, nonetheless. I don't think it ever really had to worry about anything Frisk can do affecting it.
