Yea this should be simple.

So the intent of this thread is to give Itto Kaso (And all users of it) Temperature Manipulation, or more specifically heat manipulation.

Reason being, the flames of Itto Kaso are so hot that even a small amount of them can raise the temperature of Katakura Town by ten degrees Celsius.

This will affect everyone who has Itto Kaso such as Yamamoto and Azashiro.

Gonna have to disagree with this since Itto Kaso isn't actively manipulating temperature itself in Karakura Town, but rather the fire which leaked from the crack was so hot that it caused the temperature in Karakura Town to raise by 10 degrees Celsius. It's basically just the byproduct of the immense heat that Itto Kaso created, not that Itto Kaso directly manipulates temperature around it to increase it.

This is actually explained on the Temperature Manipulation page itself.

While other abilities, such as Fire Manipulation and Ice Manipulation, may affect the temperature of one's surroundings, this ability refers to having direct control of temperature and heat for any number of purposes
