Willow has sheer fire power on her side.
Yes Willow has the AP advantage, but she's probably not going to win a brawl with the Dino goddess.
There are multiple reasons that lead me to conclude this won't necessarily be a stomp either way.
If Willow's combat speed is as fast as her traveling speed or even better, then speed should be equalized. ((Otherwise, I concede that Vertigo gets speed blitzed.)
