Youch. This is a visible stomp in favor of Valkyrie Freya. Way more hax, far more battle-hardened, stays higher up in the scaling chain, while Persephone is not even comparable to lower-rung Olympians even.

Once the CRT concludes, Freya will have a oneshot worthy power advantage and that's not even getting into her skill and experience, versatility and the fact that her profile still needs an overhaul.

This is a stomp.

A lot of the GoW profiles need a complete overhaul. That CRT is just part 1 of the job. We've got 5 more minutes left before they kick into overdrive.

what makes Persephone inferior to Hermes or something.

Honestly, Persephone is nebulous as far as scaling goes. She backscales from the same feat as Helios after all. Who's < Weakened Atlas.

As for weaker than Hermes, idk.

what makes Persephone inferior to Hermes or something.
Basically because of the fact that they double-crossed her into staying in an eternal 6-month-stay period at Elysium after a certain... situation with her.

What if I changed it from Persephone to Gaia?

Gaia scales below Poseidon, even if its the same feat now. Like, I dunno how even you are with a dude that tears holes through you.

And now, it's a flying warrior goddess with magical powers and the ability to wield flora and fauna on a wide scale level against a walking landmass.

Fair, honestly. They're very close in power even if Freya edges ahead a bit.
Ok then, I'll change it to Freya vs Thor (if they'd actually fought in the game that would have been cool).

Besides, Thor already fought one wife of Kratos, why not fight his future wife?

Leaning towards Freya since she has way more hax along with being around the same strength as Thor

She's a slight bit weaker but has a massive hax advantage and versatility advantage, and just being a better fighter overall.
Didn't thor fight kratos and was the toughest opponent he fought?
Kratos soundly defeats a bloodlusted Thor, albeit while putting most of his effort into it. Freya is about even with Kratos.
Kratos only had the edge because his axe had missletoe and was able to land a crucial hit to thor at the start. Thor is supposed to be one of the strongest maybe the strongest foe in ragnarok. Freya is no where near bloodlusted kratos

LMAO what? Did you even read the notes on the profile?

LMFAO what cope is this. Kratos was soundly handing Thor's ass to him in the rematch and Mimir straight up told him not to lose control like he did with Heimdall.

His Axe has Eitr, but it doesn't weaken Thor, the Axe on its own is completely useless if you're not strong enough to utilize it to begin with, and Kratos with the BoC was literally overpowering his Mjolnir.

No. There is literally a note on the profiles about this.

What are you on about? He held back, Thor says so himself. The second time they fight had both of them giving their all and Thor was mollywoped.

And what do you mean "mistletoe"?

No. There is literally a note on the profiles about this.
Oh Idk

And what do you mean "mistletoe"?
He did hold back but thor was also weakned because kratos injured him at the start with the misletoe or whatever the thing that keeps gods fromm regenarating

Nope

Thor literally send kratos flying several times and killed/knocked him out in their first fight. Kratos was holding back his strenght not his durability.
His Axe has Eitr, but it doesn't weaken Thor, the Axe on its own is completely useless if you're not strong enough to utilize it to begin with, and Kratos with the BoC was literally overpowering his Mjolnir.
I was talking about when he sliced thors belly with the misletoe (His axe was covered in the world serpents spit which is the reason thor was weaker)

Oh Idk

LMFAO what

Mistletoe is Baldur, it negated the curse, it didn't weaken anyone.

Also that argument makes no goddamn sense because Thor's best feat is after he gets that belly gash and Kratos soundly whups his ass. You're literally just pulling headcanon out of thin air.

Thor literally send kratos flying several times and killed/knocked him out in their first fight. Kratos was holding back his strenght not his durability.
Coolio, explain Kratos tanking that shit in the Rematch like a champ then. Or Spartan Rage Kratos literally causing Mjolnir to bounce off of him.

They were holding back in the first fight massively so, Thor mocks Kratos and calls him a "lesser version" consistently here, he doesn't even have the BoC on him. That's kind of the reason why that fight's completely unusable for scaling, and when Kratos did give in, he rocked Thor's shit and knocked out his teeth, Thor literally got a taste and then he ****** off.

I was talking about when he sliced thors belly with the misletoe (His axe was covered in the world serpents spit which is the reason thor was weaker)
Eitr, not mistletoe, they aren't the same. There is no evidence that either of them reduces stats, burden of proof is on you to show that.

Oh I didn't know anyways I meant the spit or whatever

so kratos was somehow holding back his own durability which doesnt make any sense?

Not mistletoe but that doesnt change a injured person is gonna be weaker than a non injured person. Thats common sense

Except it does, Rage literally increases his dura a **** ton and hurls him closer to his true Godkiller self. Why else would Thor be mocking him for holding back?

That's not how any of this works. If anything, it's the opposite here. Thor literally gives ****-all about having his organs blown out by Draupnir in the rematch and only gets further enraged.

Which proves that Thor is stronger than a non raged kratos. Since kratos cannot lower his durability but can amp it with rage.

Still doesn't change the fact that he was fighting kratos with a giant cut on his belly.

It's never stated to do anything in the games.
so kratos was somehow holding back his own durability which doesnt make any sense?
You do realize that while Kratos is stronger, it's not to the point of stonewalling everything Thor does right? You can be 3 times stronger than someone and they can still kill you if you fight carelessly or hold back and that's far larger gap than what exists between Thor and Kratos.
Not mistletoe but that doesnt change a injured person is gonna be weaker than a non injured person. Thats common sense
Except Thor never implies that he's weakened by the poison. Nothing changes about his performance in the game nor is Eitr mentioned.

Seriously, this is so asinine.

"Alice is stronger than Bob to a degree."

"But how come Bob could injure Alice? Checkmate.:

It's never stated to do anything in the games.
Obviously its not but it is hinted and literally the game wouldnt make sense if it wasn't like that.

When you are fighting someone you are 3 times stronger than and get your ass knocked out/killed thats a problem

He is literally cut. He is injured. Injured = Weaker. Thats it

"Injure = Knocking someone out/Killing someone" Nice logic

Which proves that Thor is stronger than a non raged kratos. Since kratos cannot lower his durability but can amp it with rage.
He can do both when he slacks out or willingly tones down his usage of magic. His strength does not come from his body, but they're both honed by discipline, in his own words.

Doesn't matter tho, the first fight is completely ******* unusable because neither Kratos nor Thor are going all out and the whole "as strong as any I have felt" is clearly in relation to the strongest blows he's weathered and fought back against in his held-back state, that being Ares, Poseidon and Hades. Wording and context are incredibly important on this one. Plus there's Thor consistently mocking for using his lesser version against him and holding back way too much, so much so that one mistake could prove fatal for either one of them because they're evenly matched.

Still doesn't change the fact that he was fighting kratos with a giant cut on his belly.
And? Burden of proof is on you to show that it weakened him. He literally has Immortality Type 2 for a reason.

Obviously its not but it is hinted and literally the game wouldnt make sense if it wasn't like that.
It's not.

When you are fighting someone you are 3 times stronger than and get your ass knocked out/killed thats a problem
Only when you ignore the goddamn context behind the fight.

He is literally cut. He is injured. Injured = Weaker. Thats it
Nah bruh, that ain't it chief. That ain't how God of War works.

"Injure = Knocking someone out/Killing someone" Nice logic
Way to ignore the entire context of the fight I guess. Good thing we have the note on the profiles.

Immo 2 doesn't mean you don't get weaker when you are injured.
In his case that's not true. Nothing compares to the Draupnir Assault or the Blades of Chaos being shoved into his abdomen, that axe blow with poison? That's nothing compared to having his organs blown the **** up.

Obviously its not but it is hinted and literally the game wouldnt make sense if it wasn't like that.
We don't give things abilities "cause hints". Prove it or move on. That simple.
When you are fighting someone you are 3 times stronger than and get your ass knocked out/killed thats a problem
If I hold back, no it isn't. And Kratos and Thor aren't that far apart at all.
He is literally cut. He is injured. Injured = Weaker. Thats it
No, it isn't the case. There are many, many cases where it doesn't matter. Hades chief among them.
"Injure = Knocking someone out/Killing someone" Nice logic
....Yes, you can kill someone you're comparable to if they're weakened. Do you think this is Dragon Ball where having slightly higher power makes you invulnerable to weaker blows?
