Vegito Blue vs. SSJ Kefla. Both 3-A

Vegito: 2 (JackJoyce, Darkfire890

SS Kefla rivals the U7 Spirit Bomb, which is stronger than KKX20 SSB Goku and could challenge Jiren (who was already said to be the strongest energy ever felt).

SS Kefla = Spirit Bomb > (Heavily restrained) Jiren > Infinite Zamasu > KKX20 SSB Goku = Merged Zamasu(?)

The above scaling should be roughly accurate, and Vegito seems to be around Merged Zamasu's level.

I think Kefla takes this with an AP advantage, but Vegito is far more skilled and has far more experience.

Yes, but we don't know how the Kaio-Ken fairs with the Fusion timer. SSB made Vegito's fusion much more unstable, so if he goes for the Kaio-Ken he might struggle considerably to last in the fight.

Assuming this is Anime Kefla?

As was already said, Vegito is more skilled and the all round better fighter but his fusion was extremely short so not sure.

Jiren had to actually put some effort to push back the spirit bomb so Kefla has the AP advantage I think. Kaio-ken is useless because blue alone shorten his time significantly so imagine what kaioken would do to him.

Vegito has much more experience tho ane more useful techniques so he has a better chance playing it safe and striking her with his Ki sword or something.

It could go either way but I would give this to Kefla 6/10

That makes no sense. The fight between Goku & Kefla didn't lasted more than 5 minutes. While SSB reduced Vegito's fusion time it was still lot more than that

Unless you want to use headcanons, Vegito in blue was in the episode for 7-8 min, if he uses Kaio-ken x2 for example, that should reduce his time to 3-4 min at the minimum "assuming that's even enough to overcome Kefla"

He could probably beat her in one go if he uses Kaio-ken times 10 or something but that would be so out of character for him.

Not to mention, Kaio-ken as a technique, is very unstable by nature so there's the possibility of him defusing on the spot if he uses it so again, it's unreliable as it stands.

No, Kefla defused because she expended all of her energy on her Last Resort. Vegito's fusion was drastically reduced due to using Blue, but it was his Final Kamehameha that caused him to run out of energy even faster.

Didn't her Potara shatter from the Kamehameha and that's why she defused?

There is zero lore, statements or otherwise regarding 'potara shattering' as a method for defusion whereas we know using too much energy as a fusion can result in defusion. We also know Kefla was expending every drop of her energy in her last attack.

It's overall far more reasonable to claim she defused due to a lack of energy, rather than the potaras being shattered. Considering there is an actual precedent for energy drain causing a defusion.

Since the Potara are what cause the fusion, it seems like a logical conclusion that breaking the cause of the fusion would stop the fusion. But whatever.

Gowasu states that Vegito used up the energy of the fusion, when Shin questions why they defused way before the one hour limit. There is no further elaboration than that.

Whether it was Final Kamehameha, Super Saiyan Blue or a mixture of both is up to debate. We know Blue strains stamina (based on a single line against Hit) and it also seems it strains more than Super Saiyan 2 (considering Goku opted for 2, and even briefly went 3 before going God and Blue) but not as much as Super Saiyan 3 (considering he chose to not use 3 due to its strain).

Regardless, it seems Blue should lower Vegito's timer moreso than Kefla's SS2 would lower her own timer.

Considering she wasted all of her energy on her last attack, that's actually surprisingly long IMO.
lol tru

my point is that Vegito isn't the only one with the time limit weakness
