She can teleport away (I think she even has interstellar range on that) for prep and both can ki/mana sense so I don’t think he’s gonna catch her off guard.
Just checked her page and apparently the deconstruction spell only works on silicon-based life forms somehow?
She also has somnis for sleep manipulation and was able to time stop/paralyze Eon’s servants.

Long story short... wait a sec fight’s on Namek. Frick you abused my loophole, in a neutral universe/multiverse it would work. Here it doesn’t since it’s in DB’s verse. So I guess that wincon is out.

18:11 Ben 10000 Returns. It’s listed as status effect inducement on feat directory. Gwen however did stop time after she travelled back in time although maybe this is automatic?

And why it's not listed in here profile? Also yes now that I remember she actually used Time stop in Ben 10 AF season 3 episode 15 (future Gwen stopped time to talk with her past self)

I’m not sure on the time stop as it might be a side effect of time travel so I’d rather CRT that first. After we finished the current revisions.

So the AP grap between them is x5,8 right? That doesn't seems to be a one shot but what about their speed?

One-Shot Range is about a 7.5x AP difference last time I checked. Ben 10 doesn’t have a ‘One Shot’ range- it doesn’t have solid Power Levels like Dragon Ball.

‘Morals are off’ meaning we’re dealing with Bloodlusted characters here. This typically frees them from CIS and PIS, which means they’re out-of-character and therefore don’t really have a Starting Move. This is oftentimes interpreted as ‘whatever works’ should they come into knowledge of it.

Vegeta after his third zenkai should downscale from First Form Frieza's calc of 1.7 Tenatons of TNT, as Vegeta was still weaker than him after his third zenkai.
