@Gilad, check the amount of hax Gwen has on her page, she could probably give Shenron a run for his money. Since she is bloodlusted this is in fact a stomp or almost, a haxstomp that is.
I’m not sure if Gwen can get past Vegeta’s mindhax resistance with sleep hax tho. But I also don’t see a reason why deconstruction would only work on silicon-based life forms either, maybe the name of the spell. If it works on all life forms then she says her spell and Vegeta’s dead.

Vegeta's mindhax resistance is really weak, and he doesn't even have it in this key anyway, since it came from Babidi using his mind magic over him

“Vegeta was able to overpower Babidi's hold on his mind through sheer willpower.” I mean Vegeta has a ridiculous amount of willpower from the get-go so this could still apply to his lower forms. Gwen’s sleep spell also affected Ben tho who also has an insane amount of willpower (could get a mindhax resistance for this as well, technically Whampire already does) and this while he was resisting sentient Ultimate Humungousaur from taking over his body so I guess her sleep spell still works.
Some is movement based, some is spell-name based, some is both, her teleportation is thought-based tho. Sometimes she needs her spellbook but she can usually levitate it in front of her very quickly. The deconstruction spell is spellbook + saying things. But again if things get dicy she can still teleport away. Also pretty sure she can absorb ki with just a movement as well.

I said it's blitz and one-shots no difficulty, the speed thing is bs anyway, he's way faster than that. Big difference or not even using that bs scaling he's still faster therefor blitz and one-shots , since there no moral no fooling around, blitz and blast her away end of the fight. So put my vote for vegeta.

Bruh, Vegeta can't blitz, he isn't that much faster. Unless you make a CRT to make those changes (which you can't rn due to several DB revisions going on rn), its going to stay that way.

I dunno who to vote, since Vegetarian scales well above a slightly faster feat, he should have a decent speed advantage. Just not blitz worthy.
So he could shred her before she haxes especially since some of her hax won’t work, mostly time hax since this is in the DBZ world.

Gwen also seems to have passive Probability Manipulation/Supernatural Luck, where literally anything goes her way as long as it is possible, so I'd say that Gwen is more likely to be able to pull off her hax.
