I mean yes. Vegeta can obliterate him AP wise, but there isn't a fight here where both can reasonably win.

Speed is equal and that means Lou immediately just lol No's him with incapacitation since prep time. 10/10 times Mario wins cause he just opens with something Vegeta can't hope to stop

Speed not equal means mario gets blitzed and one shot every time

It's just not a fight that should be done, Mario should fight in his own tier, and in the building tier since he is pretty strong into the Small Building

Just don't make him fight people out of his tier or that one shot him. He isn't the kind of guy with enough hax to where he can do that. He has two good hax, but they don't allow him to fight out of tier fights and them being considered fair
