Iirc, while he has spells that allow him to turn into a ghost or incorporeal his default state is tangible. Although he has some automatic/quick spells that would allow him to enter that state quickly. Demigod Vecna also lacks a lot of the far stronger powers that he has in his Lesser state. Well he has them, just on a much lower level.

Even with all of that though I still don't see how he can take him down. Vecna has a lot of powers that are undodgeable and can instantly take out a target.

The easiest way for him to win is just use timestop then cast other powers like imprisonment. She can't (seemingly) do much against that. Also my bad on the gender thing.

But do note that she has a very massive AP/Durability advantage. Iirc baseline surface wiping is 300 Petatons while Vecna isn't even a tenth of that at "above 13.74 by an unknown degree". So he does need hax in order to win.
